These foams are clean, resilient and very durable. With a wide range of densities, flexibility for fabrication, and cosmetic appeal, polyethylenes have a diverse application base. They providing multiple-impact protection and are often less expensive than other materials. Polyethylenes are exceptionally durable and, where applicable, can be reused. Polyethylene foams are available in a variety of strengths, making them suitable for protecting products ranging from just a few pounds up to hundreds of pounds in weight. When the product is of very high value and zero damage is key, such as with aerospace parts, polyethylenes are the gold standard.

Polystyrene Foams are Dollar Performers.

No other foam offers so much performance at such a low cost. Polystyrenes, commonly known as EPS (for expanded polystyrene) or by the Dow Chemical brand name Styrofoam™, are amazingly versatile and economical. These foams are frequently cut with CNC equipment to complex designs without tooling costs. Design changes are easily accommodated with only a change in computer programming.

Polyurethane Foams Offer Lightweight Cushioning.

Polyurethane Foams are particularly suitable for packaging lightweight objects. These foams are ideal for multiple-impact protection because they absorb impact efficiently and recover their physical shape quickly and repeatedly. They also have low vibration transmission, making them effective cushioning foams.  These open cell foams are very flexible, attractive and light in weight.

Polyurethanes are frequently die-cut to form cavities af various shapes and sizes.
